Tuesday | 6:00PM Distance: 18 miles Pace: 15-18 mph Bike Recommendation: Road, Pedal Assist This ride is a conversation pace for 6 miles followed by 6 miles as a self-timed time trial, and then we regroup a cool down ride back to the shop. All Levels are welcome. This is a great entry into bike fitness and a fun way to see your progress over the season

Distance: 8 miles (Loop 2 optional, 16 miles total) Pace: No-Drop Bike Recommendation: Mountain Wednesday | 6:30PM Come join us every Wednesday for an inclusive mountain bike. This is a no-drop ride with a riding group for all levels for fun that starts in the Mountain Bike staging area. No matter your skill level, come out and ride with us!

Please allow me to introduce our organization to you. We are the K.I. Tang Soo Do Foundation, a non-profit 501c3 based out of Battle Creek MI, whose mission is to bring traditional and affordable martial arts to our community. We have been assisting our local area as a non-profit organization and martial arts school for over 8 years, and in the United States as a martial arts organization for over 60 years. We are seeking partnership in the means of corporate sponsorship for a great community event that benefits our local non-profit organization, as well as Kids–Kicking-Cancer. This is a great non-profit whose mission is to assist cancer diagnosed children while dealing with the physical and mental struggles surrounding their treatment. This year, we will also be supporting an additional charity known as SWERV. SVERV is an organization seeking equality for women in competitive combat sports. All of these charities support a good cause, and are aligned with our beliefs and codes within the martial arts, and our organization. These programs include emergency shelter, a 24/7 hotline, legal advocacy, counseling, children's programming, prevention education, community awareness, and survivor advocacy. Each year, S.A.F.E. Place serves over 2,800 individuals who rely on these crucial services. Your involvement is particularly significant as Calhoun County has the fifth highest per-capita rate of domestic violence in the State of Michigan. Together, we can combat this issue and create a safer community for everyone. We are truly grateful to have you as a part of our community, working alongside us to support survivors.
