Take to the skies with Kingman Collections' newest exhibit, "Things That Fly" at the Art Center of Battle Creek from April 7 through May 25. Opening reception Sunday, April 7 @ 2-4pm. With support from W.K. Kellogg Bird Sanctuary, Battle Creek Bee Club, and Perfect Storm Comic and Gifts, we'll delve into the flight powers of bats, birds, and bugs, even superheroes from pop culture, with information on how each achieves flight in their own unique ways. "Things That Fly" coincides with the 100th anniversary of the Battle Creek Executive Airport, the longest running airport in the state of Michigan. We are honored to celebrate this milestone with them and others throughout our city this year! Art Center of Battle Creek is open Tues-Thurs and Sat @ 11am-3pm with free admission. Donations welcome. Also on exhibit will be landscapes by local artist Bill Williams.
