What A Do Theatre is partnering with co-sponsor, The Battle Creek Regional History Museum to bring a series of workshops centered around theatre and history of Battle Creek. Participants will attend the workshop from 9a-12p and learn about specific topics through theatrical play and games. At 12:00pm the community and families are invited to attend a mini performance where the participants will do a showcase from what they've learned. Pizza will be served after the performance! Recommended Ages: 8-12 The following workshops/topics are: 1) Saturday, August 3rd- History of Camp Custer 2) Saturday, August 10th- Cereal Business 3) Saturday, August 17th- History of Liberty Park All workshops are $30/each or you can sign up for all three for $75.00 (Discount applies automatically when three are in the cart). Join us Saturday, August 3, at our Battle Creek Branch from 11 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. (or while supplies last) - where we'll be passing out school supplies for all the kids returning to class in the fall! If you would like to donate school supplies, you can drop off any donations at your nearest BlueOx Branch Lobby. We are excited to continue to make a positive impact in the communities around us. Last year, BlueOx was able to provide school supplies to over 200 children! This year, our other Branch locations will be making a donation to a school or organization of their choice in partnership with this initiative.
