The Squirrel is so excited to announce this annual event! Ditch the shopping carts & lines, and join us for Phoebe’s Black Phriday’s Worst Ball Golf Outing! 🐶😂 Join us Friday, November 29th for Phoebe’s Black Phriday Worst Ball Golf Outing! Just like your normal 4-Person scramble that you’re used to, except this one is more Squirrelly! 🐿️ Everyone will still tee-off from the same spot, but instead of choosing your team’s best shot to play from, you’ll be forced to chose your teams worst shot & play from there. See how well you can score when you’re forced to take everyone’s mishits & shanks! 😂 The cost is $25/person, or $100/team, registration starts @ 12, golf begins @ 1:00PM. This event happens regardless of the weather - rain, sleet, snow, cold, windy: it doesn’t matter. The fun will happen no matter what! The Tinsel Toes 5k is open to runners and walkers, and is stroller friendly. This is not a timed event. Festive fun is sure to be had with fun photo booth opportunities, free course photos, and fun prize opportunities (see the awards section to learn about how you can win). Official rules: Sleds can only be made using Cardboard, paper, tape, adhesive and paint. No metal, plastic, fiberglass, screws, staples, etc. Decorations are fine if they do not pose a danger to riders or spectators!
Join us for our First Annual Tee and Toss hosted in collaboration by Squirrel Hollow Golf Course (The Squirrel) and Territorial Brewing Company (TBC)! This non-competitive outing will include 18 holes of golf at The Squirrel (cart included), 18 holes of disc golf, and a buffett lunch in between rounds at TBC! Afterwards, join us for a self-pay meal and live music at TBC. Register ahead of time for $240 for 4 golfers or day of (if there is space available) for $300 for 4 golfers. Registration will include 18 holes at The Squirrel, lunch and 18 holes at Territorial, and event swag for 4 golfers. The event will be capped at 72 golfers. Join us Saturday, May 10th for a day of celebrating the mom in your life, while enjoying golf & fun @ The Squirrel! Registration at 9:00AM and tee-off at 10:00AM! Every golf course does a Father’s Day Outing… but The Squirrel isn’t your traditional golf course! We want to celebrate the awesome Moms in our lives, you know, the people holding everything together! The cost is $200/team. A team can consist of 4 golfers. This price includes flowers for any mom in the group and brunch for each member of your team afterwards. Additional golfers can be purchased for $50/golfer. This outing is non-competitive and letting your Mom win is highly encouraged! We are excited to announce an upcoming event hosted by the 5C’s group—a fun and meaningful family bike ride aimed at raising awareness about the importance of colon cancer screening and prevention. The event will include: A leisurely bike ride to promote awareness of the need for colon cancer testing and screening. Educational vendors providing valuable information on cancer prevention and other health-related topics. Entertainment featuring Bobby Holly. A special welcome and ride kickoff from the Battle Creek Mayor. All participants will receive a completion gift.' Helmets are required to be worn at all times during the ride. Route: Mill Race Park to Linear Path west along river to Stringham Rd. We would love for you to be part of this special day, supporting a great cause and helping spread awareness for colon cancer prevention. The funds raised will directly benefit 5C’s, as we continue our mission to provide resources and support for cancer prevention efforts in our community. Community Action proudly presents the third Whack for Warmth Golf Outing Fundraiser! This is a public, community event. All proceeds go towards Community Action of South Central Michigan’s Emergency Assistance Program that assists income-eligible households in Barry, Branch, Calhoun, Kalamazoo, and St. Joseph Counties with heating costs and /or critical housing needs.
