Join us at Leila Arboretum on Saturday, FebruHairy 10th, for Festivus 2024: The Cardboard Sled Competition, and enjoy a fun-filled afternoon of cardboard sledding at Leila Arboretum from 1 - 5 p.m. Hot dogs, chili, hot chocolate and adult beverages available for purchase! Sled registration begins at the Arboretum at 1 p.m., sleds run at 2:30 p.m. Prizes will be announced and awarded after all sleds run. Prize categories for youth and adults: • Best Run • Most Stachetastic (Most Moustache themed) • Leila's Choice • Worst Run • Best Wipeout Official Rules: FESTIVUS 2024: THE CARDBOARD SLED COMPETITION RULES 1. It's a CARDBOARD sled race. Sleds must be constructed using cardboard, adhesive and paint ONLY 2. Registration begins at 1 p.m. 3. Must show valid I.D. to purchase adult beverages 4. Basket Hunt Charity Disc Golf Duos Tournament @ TBC

The Hunt grows larger this year with Basket Hunt, our first Disc Golf Tournament of the year! And just like the Egg Hunt, proceeds go to South Michigan Food Bank. Pre-register your duo for this casual tournament for just $30 ($35 day of,) and join us starting at 9am on March 23rd, with play starting around 10am. There will be three divisions to pick from day of: beginner, intermediate, and advanced. The Joe League Basketball Tournament

Kellogg Arena 1 McCamly Square, Battle Creek, MI

We are so happy to announce The Joe League is here! The basketball League will begin Saturday, April 27th as a tournament for the first year. Located at the Kellogg Arena, Downtown Battle Creek, MI 49017. The tournament will begin at 9am and run until 3-4pm. Team cost is $230 per team. Registration will begin March 15th of this month and will end April 15th of next month. You can register with James Williams or Mario Brown if you would like to enter your team name for the league tournament. All proceeds will go towards the league and respective family. There will be a 1st place team trophy with Joe League Tournament Champion t-shirts, as well as a 2nd place team trophy to be presented at the end of the Championship Game.
