What’s Cookin’ in BC – Cottage Food and Beyond

In the session, we’ll convey basic information about selling out or your home kitchen, as well as transitioning to a commercial kitchen space and possible co-packing opportunities. We’ll also address how to become a client at the MSU Product Center and provide an overview of the Food Processing Innovation Center on the Michigan State University campus.

Our presenters are Katje Armentrout, PhD – MSUE Community Food Systems Educator and MSU Product Center Innovation Counselor and Kellie Jordan – MSUE Food Safety Educator.

Refreshments and beautiful space will be provided by Cafe Rica!
