In the session, we’ll convey basic information about selling out or your home kitchen, as well as transitioning to a commercial kitchen space and possible co-packing opportunities. We’ll also address how to become a client at the MSU Product Center and provide an overview of the Food Processing Innovation Center on the Michigan State University campus.
