Shine Competition-Level: Showstopper Shine is a new level for dancers with special needs or disabilities. At least one dancer in each Shine-Level routine must be registered at the Shine-Level. Shine Level dancers may perform in other levels (Performance, Advanced, Competitive) without affecting the level of those routines.
