Willard Library | Hiking 101 with the North Country Trail Association
Willard Library 7 W Van Buren St, Battle Creek, MI, United StatesMembers from the North Country Trail Association will stop by to give us the history of the North Country National Scenic Trail, which runs right behind Willard Library. The trail spans 11 states from North Dakota to Vermont, for a total of 4,800 miles. Michigan is home to the most NCT miles of any state. They’ll cover what to wear on hikes, what you need to hike, how to be safe, tips for following trail signs, ways to volunteer, and how to take part in group hikes.

Make sure you bring your Christmas list so Santa knows what you'd like for Christmas.
