Glow Golf @ The Squirrel is back!!! Join us Saturday, July 13th for our first Glow Golf event of the year! ? The theme is “Christmas In July”! Decorate your cart & dress up and join us for a fun night of Glow-In-The-Dark Golf! This event is a 4-person scramble. Cart Decorations begins at 8:30PM, tee-off is at 10:00PM. The cost is $200/team ($50/person), and includes 9 holes of Glow-In-The-Dark Golf, 2 Glow-In-The-Dark golf balls, fun prizes and other fun games! The course is lit up with with LED lights, lights, and glow sticks to create a cool experience to golf after dark. Cart Decoration prizes will begin at 9:45 before tee-off. There will be prizes for best decorated! There are limited spots for this event, so make sure you buy your tickets ASAP! Join Haley, owner of Herbal Meadows Botanicals and learn how and why you should make Elderberry Syrup. We will discuss native herbs and plants you can add to your syrup to increase its medicinal properties. We will also talk about the best places to forage, propagation of the Elderberry plant and where to purchase materials. While our syrup is simmering; participants will create their own Elderberry Syrup mocktails. This provides a great way for participants to learn how to use their syrup at home. Take home with you the recipe, knowledge and confidence to craft your own syrup at home. Each participant will bottle and take home their own 8 ounce amber round glass bottle of Elderberry Syrup. Honeybee Preservation Workshop @ The Squirrel

Join Haley, owner of Herbal Meadows Botanicals and learn all about the life of honeybees from a local beekeeper. We will discuss native plants for pollinators. We will taste a variety of herbal infused honey; as well as creamed honey. We will also be tasting raw honeycomb. Create 2 of your own bee preservation domes with honeybees that have parished naturally. Each glass dome measuring .98"x1.75" Flowers, bees and moss vary from photo. Each participant will recieve all materials needed to make two bee domes and a box for each dome.
