Love dolls or action figures? Are you a collector looking to show off and talk about highlights of your collection? Or do you just want to learn more about toys and enjoy pop culture? Collectors both seasoned and new will be showcasing what they collect Saturday, August 10 at the Art Center of Battle Creek! The event is free and open to the public. For the third year in a row, Battle Creek Area Doll Club members and local toy collectors will have portions of their collections on display and will be on-hand to talk about their hobby, why they collect, what they collect, and sharing whatever tips they have for newcomers looking to start collecting! If you are a collector interested in showcasing your dolls or action figures at the event, message the Doll Club or email club president Linda Holderbaum at [email protected]. Cutoff for table reservations will be Friday, August 2. NO DOLLS OR ACTION FIGURES WILL BE FOR SALE DURING THIS EVENT.
