Join the BCFD Food Truck Inspection Rally

The Battle Creek Fire Department is hosting a Food Truck Inspection Rally specifically for food truck vendors. This event provides required safety training and on-site inspections — not a public food truck festival or sales event.

Vendors who complete the inspection process will be included in the Michigan Food Truck Consortium, which is a big advantage: it makes it easier to operate in multiple jurisdictions with fewer repeat inspections.
